20 POINT DIAGNOSTICS ($60.00)
Our 20 point diagnostics service will ensure that your computer is running as efficiently as possible while continuing to keep you safe. It includes monitoring your windows bootup and shutdown, checking your malware protection and firewall, to making sure your drivers are backed up and necessary windows components are operational. Major repairs that are needed and require more than an hour of work will be identified only, while minor issues that can be taken care of within an hour will be taken care of. This service is $60.00 when purchased alone, and $30.00 when purchased with any additional services.

REMOTE SUPPORT ($30.00 / hour)
If you are having problems with the installation of a program, a program already installed, or just need help using a particular program, remote support may be the most effective service for you. Open Source may be the option for you, we can get you setup with a user-friendly open source solution. Our solutions include FREE Operating systems, a variety of free software, and the confidence in being secure and free of malware. We can also get you setup at your home or office with a free dedicated firewall. Open source will keep your costs down and keep you secure and free of most malware.
