Let us install and configure your new software so you can start using it right away. We can also install your new Operating System and get it customized and optimized for your specific computing needs.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIRS
New software and old can become troublesome and annoying for everyday computer users. If you are having a problem with software on your computer, let us take care of it and getting it working just how you want it to. It doesn't always have to be the software on the machine that is causing the problems, it may be the Operating System itself. If this is happening and the computer is locking up, slow and unresponsive, or popping up errors, this could be a problem with the Operating System or Malware on your computer. We can diagnose this for you and if need be do an Operating System Repair, or remove any and all malware on your system. Or if you would like, sometimes our SPECIAL can be your best choice. This package includes the backing up of your data, reformatting of your hard drive, reinstallation of your Operating System and one additional application (each additional application is only $10.00 more per), and finally the migration of your data back onto the computer. BACKUP SOLUTIONS & DATA RECOVERY
A good backup is always nice to have on hand, you never know when your computer may cause some unrecoverable problems. If you don't already have a backup solution, let us set one up for you. We can make sure you have a backup of all your current data and set you up with a plan to automatically backup all of your data for you. If you don't have a backup solution and feel you may already have lost data, give us a call. We will attempt to retrieve your data, get you back up and running, and set you up with a good backup solution for the future. We only charge for data successfully recovered.
