When you purchase service from Onsite Computer Service, we want you to know that you will be getting quality service that is worth your time and money. This is why Onsite Computer Service guarantees results and your satisfaction in those results, or you do not pay. If one of our technicians is unable to properly fix the problem or provide you with satisfaction for non-repair services, you don't pay for the service. All we ask is that you pay for the trip charge if it is outside of the "no trip charge radius".

Guaranteed Price

All on-site services offered by Onsite Computer Services are set at the flat rates. Our prices are $60.00 per hour for service calls, and $30.00 per hour for remote services. Because computer and IT problems are never predicatable and we cannot guarantee how long it will take to fix, we offer two other amazing features. Any services performed in under 30 minutes will be half the hourly rate, and any single incident that takes longer than 3 hours to service will not be billed past $180.00 dollars.

Guaranteed FIXED!

When purchasing computer and IT services, nothing is better than a fixed guarantee. This is why we guarantee that the services performed by our technicians will stay fixed. A majority of computer and IT related issues are evident within the first few days, this is why we offer a 7 day guarantee on all services we provide. If within 7 days of the original service call the problem returns call us immediately. As soon as we can we will have a technician on-site to assess and fix the issue. We will dedicate the same amount of time as the original service call FREE of charge, and any time beyond that will be billed at our regular hourly rate. Once again, all we ask is that you pay the trip charge if the call is outside of our "no trip charge" area.
