When a service call is canceled it forces our team to change their schedules around in order to accomadate additional customers. We are very flexible in our service calls but require reasonable prior notice from our customers if a call is needed canceling. Calls that are not canceled within the proper amount of time will be charged a minimum of $30.00 plus any additional travel charges.

For appointments made within 24 hours, appointment cancellations must be made within 2 hours of the beginning of the original appointment.

For appointments made beyond a 24 hour period, appointment cancellations must be made within 12 hours of the original appointment.
